Job Description:
Enterprise Support: L1/L2 support, incident management, defect triage, customer-facing troubleshooting
Linux/Unix: Command-line expertise, log analysis, server diagnostics, performance checks
SQL & Databases: Strong SQL querying, data debugging, applicationdatabase issue resolution
Troubleshooting & RCA: Root-cause analysis, API issue investigation, performance tuning
Scripting & Automation: Exposure to Python, shell debugging, automation fundamentals
Documentation: KB articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides
Collaboration: Cross-team coordination with dev, QA, cloud, and DB teams
Additional Exposure: AWS, REST APIs, ServiceNow/Jira, SaaS platform support.
