Job Title:Production Engineer
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 2 -4 years
Industry: Construction Chemical, Chemical Manufacturing, Manufacture field.
Objective of the Role
The primary objective of the role is to ensure smooth and efficient production operations by optimizing processes, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high-quality output.
Job Responsibility / KRA
Manage daily Production plan, Create the batch sheet for daily production
Manage the shop floor team, maintain proper records of daily production, maintain good housekeeping
Maintain basic safety rule & implement on shop floor
Regular focus on process improvement, Making sop for routine work.
Preparing MIS on routine basis, Drive for cost saving
Competencies:-
- Production Ability-Optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in our construction chemical manufacturing plant. Working closely with cross-functional teams
- Skills - Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools, PPT, Excel etc.
- Abilities -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant Work Experience- Exposure any construction chemical production for 24-year production.
Main interactions of the role: - Coordinate with, quality, procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, Advanced degree preferred.
