Purpose of the position: - This position is responsible to ensure on time delivery of products to customers with desired quality and operational efficiency. Needs to do proper planning of processes.
Qualification required: - Diploma / BE - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics. Experience of working in a manufacturing background is preferred.
Specific experience. 2- 4 years of experience. Production Planning & sheet metal Manufacturing and/or plastic processing process knowledge preferable & Customization product industry experience is preferable. Experience of ERP is preferable.

Reporting to: Production Engineer is directly accountable to Production Team Leader
Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor production planning and control activities within the organization.
- Review daily planning of work centre output, utility and manpower management
- Ensure delivery performance by daily monitoring of Engineering, Production work Centre output, shift planning, work order priority and planning
- Handle grievances related to customer delivery concerns and report to group leader about unresolved issues
- Notify Technical Sales Support Team regarding planning deviation or any other production related technical concerns
- Ensure shift planning to achieve desire operational efficiency without compromising on customer delivery performance
- Coordination with stores, Quality, maintenance and other departments for production activities
- Define, implement and improve processes as per best manufacturing practices and ISO 9001
- Maintain 5S, use problem solving tools and best manufacturing practices (lean manufacturing, Kaizen etc.)
- Coordination with logistic partners for physical collection and connection of shipments
- Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
