EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with a talented team to ensure efficient and smooth operations in the tool room.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Master's degree/Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Technical Skills

• Relevant license may be required.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
