Job Role & Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Plan & execute fabrication and production activities

2.⁠ ⁠Handle shop floor operations (cutting, welding, assembly)

3.⁠ ⁠Manage manpower & daily production targets

4.⁠ ⁠Ensure proper use of machines & materials

5.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with design & purchase team

6.⁠ ⁠Maintain production reports

7.⁠ ⁠Solve production-related issues

8.⁠ ⁠Ensure safety practices on shop floor

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Skills Required:

1.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of fabrication & welding process

2.⁠ ⁠Shop floor handling experience

3.⁠ ⁠Problem-solving skills

4.⁠ ⁠Team handling

5.⁠ ⁠MS Office
