Production Engineer

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Production Supervisor based in Ludhiana. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are managed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising team activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating resources to meet output targets. The individual will also support process improvements and report on production metrics to management.

• Strong leadership skills, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with production planning, workflow optimization, and equipment maintenance
• Understanding of quality control processes and maintaining safety regulations
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in production supervision or a similar role is advantageous
