As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. This is a full-time position in the New Age category, specifically in the Information Technology department's Production Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
- Monitor production output and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production issues
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to production processes and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering
- Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Experience with production management software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking industry and regulations is a plus
