Summary
We are seeking a skilled Engineer in the Production department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input on process improvements and new product development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Engineering in any stream
- Have some level computer skill in Excel, e-mail conversion
- It is best, if 2 Years of experience in garment industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices.
