Production Engineer - Assembly

Role Description

This is a full-time Production Engineer - Assembly role based on-site in Gurugram. The Production Engineer - Assembly will be responsible for overseeing and managing the assembly processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and improving production efficiency. Daily responsibilities include production planning, optimizing workflows, conducting quality control measures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Delegating work schedules for operators for smooth functioning of operations on shop floor.

Co-ordination with other departments for increasing production and productivity.

Preparing Process Control plan, SOP's, manuals & work instructions for production operations.

Achieving productivity improvement and eliminating nonvalue added operation by focusing on Kaizen activities.

Down time analysis and taking countermeasures to reduce the same.

Responsible for taking countermeasures for in-house quality problems.

Providing on job training to operators for increasing in productivity, up gradation and skill improvement to achieve multi skill targets of the associates.

Manpower Planning ,Capacity planning and line balancing Analysis of rejection reworks productivity & takes appropriate counter measure wherever required, design of trolley & bins, and stand for smooth flow of material handling preservation and storage during process.
