Role Overview

A Production Coordinator will oversee the overall content production process, ensuring that every video episode is released on time with high-quality. You will execute the creative vision of producers by managing a team of AI artists, animators, sound engineers, and video editors. Your role includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals and production schedules are met on time. You will act as a proactive problem solver, finding creative ways to balance high-speed production with quality output. Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Google Sheets is essential for managing these daily operations and achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Your Part

• Execution: Executing the creative vision of Creative Producers through AI artists, Animators, Sound Engineers & Video Editors
• Stakeholder Management: Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to ensure business goals are delivered on time (Maintaining the production schedule and achieving weekly, monthly targets)
• Proactive Problem Solver: Come up with creative solutions to balance speed of production and quality
• Technical: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Google Sheets, Adobe Premiere Pro

Mandatory Skills

• Prior experience: 2+ Years in Video Production
• Exceptional communicator

• Team Management Experience
• Curious to learn and adopt AI technologies
• Avid consumer of content across mediums
• Well-versed with the latest industry software for the video production process and AI tools
