- Hands of experience on operation of Fermenters, Nutrient dosing vessels, Media preparation vessels and CIP tanks.
- To perform equipment cleaning, monitoring and ensure housekeeping activities.
- Calibration of pH meters and Standard weights verification of weighing balances.
- Monitoring and maintenance of raw material / Product inventory in co-ordination with superiors.
- In-process product sampling.
- Monitoring and maintenance of raw material / Product inventory in co-ordination with superiors.
- Coordination with Maintenance and Instrumentation team for maintenance and breakdown activities.
- To perform and execute equipment qualifications and requalification's.
Qualification: B Tech (Biotechnology) / MSc (Biotechnology)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
