  • Live Entertainment: Organize and program live events with leading artists, including:
    • Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan, Divine, and other top musicians and comedians.
  • Branded Experiences: Develop branded experiences at various youth touchpoints, including:
    • College fests across India and major festivals like Sunburn, Comic Con, and Zomaland.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager - Production & Operations to lead the execution of brand activations, BTL activations, and on-ground campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing brand experiences to life, and can manage end-to-end production operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Strategy & Execution:
  • Lead a team of Associates in executing production strategies aligned with campaign goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, including 2D and 3D space mapping, creative visual coordination, and managing consultants and vendors.
  • Implement robust production plans, ensuring smooth execution on the ground.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between production teams, clients, and execution partners.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout all stages of the project for seamless execution.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Optimize negotiations and payment terms to manage costs effectively.
  • Budget Management:
  • Lead production budgeting and manage P&L, including cost sheets, payment schedules, and financial tracking.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 6-8 years in on-ground brand activations, experiential marketing, or event production.
    • Experience in live events is a plus but must be adaptable to brand experience creation.
  • Project Management: Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and managing multiple moving parts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Agility & Flexibility: Ability to adapt to last-minute changes, find alternative solutions, and keep projects on track.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground campaign execution.
