Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Agent based in Navi Mumbai. The Production Agent will oversee daily manufacturing activities, operate and monitor production equipment, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with the production team, maintaining production logs, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring production schedules are met. The candidate will also actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production processes, equipment operation, and manufacturing workflow
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with production guidelines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams within a fast-paced environment
- Technical expertise or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields will be an advantage
- Completion of a degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
- Prior work experience in production or manufacturing is highly desirable
