Product Validation & Certification Engineer - Communication

Professional knowledge

• Strong knowledge in substation & Tele control protocols. Strong knowledge in applications which are using in Substation.
• Good knowledge in redundancy concepts used in substation automation communications.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of network communication protocols including Modbus, OPC (DA, AE, UA), DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, IEC61850 etc

Desired knowledge

• Should have good Substation automation domain knowledge. Having basic knowledge in power system protection.
• Thorough knowledge in OSI model, networking concepts, Serial & Ethernet communications and trouble shooting.
• Good knowledge in cloud architecture and protocols used in like MQTT.
• Basic knowledge on IEC 62443 and other cybersecurity standards.
• Should have Strong communication skills.

We are seeking for a BE / ME in Electronics & Comm/ Electrical engineering with consistent track record and minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Substation Automation Domain. This job is based out of Goa and may require travel on demand.
