Product UX Designer
Location & Type: Delhi, Full-time
We'relooking for aUX-driven UI/UX Designerwho thinks beyond screens and visuals- someonewho canunderstand complex workflows, user intent, and system behavior, and translate them into intuitive, scalable experiences.
This role leansstrongly towards UX: research, flows, interaction design, and system thinking. Visual design is important, butusability, clarity, and logic come first.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Thinking
- Own theend-to-end UX process: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Break downcomplex AI-driven workflowsinto simple, human-friendly experiences
- Collaborate closely withproduct managers, engineers, AI teams, and foundersto shape product decisions early
- Design user flows forB2B SaaS platforms, dashboards, and enterprise tools
- Validate design decisions usinguser insights, feedback, and testing
Interaction & Interface Design
- Translate UX concepts intohigh-fidelity UI designsaligned withGriphic'spremium, deep-tech brand language
- Designinteraction patterns, micro-interactions, and states(empty, loading, error, success)
- Maintain consistency across products usingdesign systems and components
Design Systems & Documentation
- Contribute to and evolvedesign systems, UX patterns, and documentation
- Ensure designs arescalable, accessible, and developer-friendly
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience inUX/UI designfor digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstratingUX problem-solving, not just visual design
- Solid understanding of:
-User research & usability testing
-Information architecture & interaction design
-B2B SaaS or complex product workflows
- Proficiencyin tools likeFigma(mandatory),FigJam, or similar
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions withlogic and user reasoning
- Experience working closely with developers and product teams
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience designing forAI-driven or data-heavy products
- Exposure toenterprise, HR tech, or productivity tools
- Basic knowledge ofgraphic designing
- Basic understanding ofcoding(CSS, JavaScript,HTMLetc.)
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusivedesign principles
- Experience contributing to or buildingdesign systems from scratch
