Principal UI/UX Product Designer

Must-Have Skills:

• UX Strategy IA: Deep experience crafting flows, user journeys, and interaction maps.
• Design Systems: Strong knowledge of tokenization, modular systems, and atomic design.
• Prototyping Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; experience with shared libraries.
• Analytics: Comfortable using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar to track user behavior.
• Product Thinking: Strong understanding of lean UX, MVP prioritization, and outcome-driven design.
• Agile Practices: Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana in POD-based workflows.
• Engagement Design: Working knowledge of gamification, lifecycle hooks, and retention tactics.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Motion Design: Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, or Principle to bring interactivity and life to user flows
