We are hiring a Training Manager to lead sales onboarding, capability building, and performance enablement for Inside Sales and purchase team. The role focuses on driving sales readiness, coaching effectiveness, and measurable training outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end training lifecycle: onboarding, refresher, and performance programs
Deliver sales enablement training (product knowledge, pitch structuring, objection handling, communication)
Conduct sessions, role plays, mock calls, call audits.
Drive batch readiness and deployment effectiveness
Execute targeted coaching interventions based on performance gaps
Partner with Sales, HR, and Operations for alignment and execution
Track training impact through KPIs, dashboards, and training MIS
Maintain training SOPs, content, and reporting discipline
