Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Trainer based in Surat. The Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on the company's software solutions, designing engaging training programs, and providing support to clients and team members. The role requires analyzing training needs, creating instructional materials, ensuring a clear understanding of the product, and collecting feedback to enhance the training experience. The Product Trainer will also be involved in sustaining a high level of product knowledge and effective communication to help users achieve maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct product training sessions for new joiners and existing team members

● Train teams on new features, updates, and product changes

● Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and documentation

● Build and manage the company's Knowledge Base

● Set up and manage LMS for structured learning and progress tracking

● Work closely with Product, Support, and Operations teams for continuous updates 

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Training and developing Training & Development programs
• Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations and possessing excellent Communication skills
• Experience in training, onboarding, or similar roles preferred
• Ability to design training materials and adapt to different learning styles
• Prior experience in the SaaS or software industry is a plus
• Proficiency in tools for training and content delivery is an advantage
• Basic understanding of LMS and documentation tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field
