Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor for Foreign Universities, located in Surat. The Counselor will guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad, including helping with college and course selection, assisting in university applications, providing information on scholarships, and ensuring smooth visa and documentation processing. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with students, their families, and academic institutions, as well as staying updated on university admission requirements and deadlines across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in student counseling, education systems, and foreign university application processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with documentation and assisting with visa applications
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet targets
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required
• Prior experience in an overseas education consultancy or similar field is an advantage
• Cultural awareness and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
