About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager – Training, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales
training standards to best-in-class. You will own the end-to-end training
ecosystem—spanning onboarding, capability building, and advanced learning—while
ensuring our teams deliver confident, high-quality customer interactions. This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, sales excellence, and training
design, with a direct impact on business performance.
What Will You Drive
● Sales Capability Building: Strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling
across Sales & CX teams.
● Onboarding Excellence: Ensure new joiners are floor-ready (M1 + M2 readiness)
● Training Programs: Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and advanced
training interventions.
● Content & Standardization: Build scalable training content, product narratives, and
objection-handling frameworks.
● Certification & Assessment: Establish structured evaluations, certifications, and
knowledge audits.
● Business Impact: Improve conversion rates, AOV, and overall customer confidence.
Who Are We Looking For
Product Expertise (Must-Have):
● Strong knowledge of coloured gemstones (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, etc.).
● Understanding of origin, treatments, pricing logic, and quality parameters.
● Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers and teams.
Training & Sales Experience:
● 3+ years in sales/product training.
● Experience training new joiners, underperformers, and mid-level sales teams.
● Strong in objection handling, role plays, and live coaching.
● Excellent communication (English & Hindi) with strong executive presence.
Mindset Fit:
● Belief in consultative selling over push-based selling.
● Comfortable handling belief-driven / astrology-led customers.
● High ownership with a stable career track record.
