Job Summary
We are looking for a
Product Training Executive to support retail teams through product knowledge and customer engagement training. This role involves educating store staff on product features, fit guidance, and selling techniques to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for retail staff
- Educate teams on product features, fit guidance, sizing, and usage
- Demonstrate products and explain key benefits to improve customer confidence
- Train store teams on customer interaction and consultative selling
- Support store visits and training activities as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Interest in fashion, apparel, or retail training
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with store staff and customers
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Preferred Skills
