About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Product Testing & QC Intern to join our R&D team. The intern will be responsible for testing, validating, and quality-checking all electronic security products that we design, manufacture, and offer. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring that every product meets our reliability and performance standards before it reaches the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, stress testing, and reliability checks on all electronic products
• Conduct quality control inspections during and after assembly
• Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues to the R&D team
• Assist in validating new product features and hardware revisions
• Maintain detailed test reports, QC logs, and documentation
• Support the team in refining test procedures and improving quality standards
• Ensure all products meet internal quality benchmarks before packaging and dispatch

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related fields
• Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, sensors, and PCB assemblies
• Ability to use multimeters, testing instruments, and diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to learn and work closely with the R&D and production teams

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Previous academic or project experience in electronics testing
• Familiarity with electronic security systems, embedded hardware, or IoT devices
• Ability to document findings clearly and systematically
