Looking for someone who has experience in providing technical and customer support. We are a lean startup with a clear vision to stay calm and grow a profitable business. You will be responsible to help us in the journey and enjoy the journey with us.

What you'll do at SidePanda

  • Handle day to day (Sunday off) responsibilities of customer support(chat and emails)
  • Take customer calls and help them over it
  • Solve small technical issues for the customer
  • Create knowledge base and add proper documentation
  • Understand the product end to end and keep yourself updated with the few features launched
  • Be part of the vision and get involved with the team
  • Follow the process judiciously

What makes you a match

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support
  • Experience with Shopify App is a must
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JS is a must
  • We are a remote company so work from anywhere
  • There will be fixed defined timings so you should be comfortable with that
