What you'll do at SidePanda
- Handle day to day (Sunday off) responsibilities of customer support(chat and emails)
- Take customer calls and help them over it
- Solve small technical issues for the customer
- Create knowledge base and add proper documentation
- Understand the product end to end and keep yourself updated with the few features launched
- Be part of the vision and get involved with the team
- Follow the process judiciously
What makes you a match
- 1-4 years of experience in customer support
- Experience with Shopify App is a must
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JS is a must
- We are a remote company so work from anywhere
- There will be fixed defined timings so you should be comfortable with that
