Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Support Specialist based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional product support to customers, answering product-related inquiries, ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The role involves diagnosing, analyzing, and addressing customer concerns related to company products, coordinating with internal teams for technical resolutions, and delivering a high-quality customer support experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Support skills with the ability to provide effective technical assistance and resolve queries.
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective product-related solutions.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus with demonstrated success in client interactions and delivering a superior experience.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with construction equipment or related industries is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Mumbai and provide timely responses to support needs.
- Technical education background or certifications relevant to construction or material handling equipment are a plus.
