Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate technical support for products or services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues through email, phone, or chat support.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Monitor support metrics and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demos or training sessions as needed.
  • Assist with user onboarding and product configuration.
  • Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to provide accurate support.
