Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers/OEMs
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate products (including GSE equipment)
- Install, service, and maintain testers and systems at customer locations
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for issue resolution
- Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation
- Manage spare parts inventory and logistics
- Support ongoing service operations and quality activities
Requirements
- 13 years of Aerospace & Defense service/support experience
- ORDiploma in Aeronautical / Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics (Freshers considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Driving License & own two-wheeler
- Willing to travel for field assignments
