As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Specialist to join our team in Thane.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Medprime's product portfolio.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to contribute to product improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Share market insights and user needs with the R&D team for product development.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, training manuals, and product documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of customers with comprehensive training and troubleshooting.
- Address technical issues and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the medical equipment domain is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, product installations, and training sessions.
Compensation:
- Up to 8 LPA
