Job Summary:
The Product Analyst will be responsible for owning the product category P&L, executing the product roadmap, and driving market share growth and profitability. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally, managing product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver on revenue and margin improvement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership & Revenue Growth:
- Own the category P&L, accountable for achieving 100 Million INR annual revenue, targeting 20% margin improvement, and 30% market share growth YoY.
- Drive the execution of a 3-year product roadmap with the launch of 3 new products, integrating localized innovations and engineering-to-order (ETO) contributions.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring on-time delivery from ideation to commercialization, with 100% adherence to project timelines.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities worth 50 Million INR and 30% cost optimization potential through localization initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align global priorities and enhance customer satisfaction, measured by NPS, win rates, and CRR (Customer Retention Rate).
- Pricing Strategy Implementation:
- Implement regional and channel-specific pricing strategies to maximize profitability, targeting a 5% price realization improvement.
- Strategic Acceleration:
- Lead strategic acceleration programs to penetrate key verticals and geographies, aiming for a 10% CAGR over 3 years for new product developments (NPDs).
