Primary Objective:
Responsible for achieving sales goals. Develops and executesterritory plans. Identifies customer needs and develops solutions. Promotion and positioning of Cell Biology portfolio within the assigned territory and hence grows the market share.Resolvescustomer issues and maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders.

Developandmaintaina short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline
Develop accountplans andcoordinateactivities with appropriate internal stakeholders
Analyzeaccounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
Engagewith customers to build and maintain relationships
Managetheend to endsales process for assigned products (Animal Tissue Culture (ATC) products) for assigned territory
Resolvecustomer issues
Maintainan in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and territory
Maintaintechnical product and scientific knowledge
Maintaina cadence of account management activities includinginternal and customer facing business reviews
Inputcustomer information and opportunities into the CRM system
