Purpose of the Function:
- The role is responsible for supporting and managing IT and application-related activities for Dräger solutions. The incumbent should possess a strong understanding of IT applications and be capable of handling and troubleshooting queries related to IT solutions, while acting as a single point of contact for IT implementation and execution.
- The position also involves organizing and delivering clinical training programs for Dräger product users and supporting the adoption of Dräger products by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), particularly during the evaluation and purchase of new equipment.
- Additionally, the role is responsible for the local management of key application field monitoring and IT-related activities. The incumbent will plan and execute marketing and promotional initiatives, including participation in CMEs, product demonstrations, and other customer engagement activities to increase product awareness and utilization.
- The role will also contribute to achieving the annual sales and business targets for the Monitoring (Mon) and IT modalities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support applications related to patient monitoring systems, Clinical IT, IT platforms on therapy devices, and third-party IT solutions.
- Conduct pre-sales demonstrations for Clinical IT and digital solution platforms to support the sales team during customer engagements.
- Deliver post-sales user training and ensure effective utilization and upkeep of the clinical installed base.
- Manage and monitor demo inventory across all zones, track device movement, maintain records, and analyze demo utilization.
- Drive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement across India, including identifying and developing at least five new KOLs for Monitoring and IT solutions.
- Support competence development within regions by creating Monitoring & IT champions across different zones.
- Facilitate KOL development initiatives, including creating communication materials, case studies, and testimonials for the segment and Key Application Field (KAF) area.
- Conduct internal training programs for sales, application, and service teams on Monitoring and IT solutions on a regular basis.
- Implement and promote the Train the Trainer concept to strengthen internal knowledge transfer and capability building.
- Collaborate with internal Dräger stakeholders, including service teams and modality managers, to ensure effective customer support and solution delivery.
- Organize local clinical and technical events focused on therapy and technology to promote Dräger solutions.
- Act as a modality demonstration expert, providing technical and clinical support to the sales force during customer interactions.

Education: Bachelor's in engineering
