Job Description
Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager to own and drive the
endtoend strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes for a defined product area. This role goes beyond backlog managementit requires strong
customer and market insight, strategic thinking, datadriven decision making, and crossfunctional leadership.
The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in shaping multiquarter roadmaps, identifying highimpact opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes for providers, payers, and partners in the US healthcare ecosystem.
Required Qualifications (must Have)
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with ownership of complex, customerfacing products.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery endtoend.
- Strong ability to work in ambiguous, crossfunctional environments and drive clarity.
- Excellent communication skillsable to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Agile / Lean product development teams.
- Experience in US healthcare, healthcare IT, SaaS platforms, or regulated domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data literacy and comfort using metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience in building AI native products.
- Product innovation experience (0-1)
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Clinical data analysis, provider, payer, clearinghouse, or APIdriven ecosystems.

Product Strategy & Vision
- Own the product vision and multiquarter roadmap for a defined product or portfolio area, balancing nearterm delivery with longterm strategic bets.
- Identify and articulate customer problems, market opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
- Anticipate industry, regulatory, and market shifts in US healthcare and translate them into product direction and investment choices.
Customer & Market Discovery
- Lead product discovery by synthesizing customer research, usage data, support insights, and market signals.
- Translate insights into clear problem statements, opportunity areas, and value hypothesesnot just feature requests.
- Partner with UX and research teams to validate problems and solutions early and continuously.
EndtoEnd Product Ownership
- Own initiatives from discovery through launch and postlaunch optimization, treating outcomesnot launchas the measure of success.
- Define success metrics, constraints, and acceptance criteria before development begins to enable fast, confident execution.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and sequencing across teams.
Execution & CrossFunctional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, Sales, and Operations to deliver highquality outcomes.
- Manage, mentor product management team.
- Act as the singlethreaded owner for product decisions within the area of responsibility.
- Communicate product initiatives clearly using structured frameworks (e.g., Problem Impact Solution Benefit Value).
Data, Metrics & Outcomes
- Define and track product success metrics tied to business goals such as adoption, efficiency, cost reduction, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data to evaluate performance, generate insights, and influence future roadmap decisions.
- Hold yourself and the team accountable for measurable outcomes, not just outputs.
