Natus Sensory India are a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software for a range of solutions, including eight sensory nervous systems. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.
Why This Role Matters
Help us secure the next generation of medical devices used by clinics and patients worldwide. As part of the Digital Product & Technology organization, you will be the security Subject Matter Expert ensuring that our products meet modern cybersecurity expectations in a regulated environment. The role is available in Bangalore India, possibly remote.
What You'll Do
- Act as the go-to security SME for product teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, and software.
- Build deep product knowledge and influence secure design decisions from the earliest design stages.
- Perform or coordinate penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on devices and software.
- Define and maintain product security requirements and contribute to our secure development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation required for QMS and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and respond to customer security questionnaires and security assessments.
- Advise engineering teams on threat modelling, risk mitigation and secure architecture principles.
Experience
What You Bring
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, product security, or embedded security roles.
- Experience in regulated environments (medical, automotive, aerospace or similar).
- Strong experience with security analysis tools (static, dynamic, firmware, and network analysis).
- Understanding of devicetosoftware interaction and cloud security architectures.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of industry security standards and frameworks.
- Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of secure coding, cryptography, authentication models, and threat modelling.
- You need to master English at a very high level, both oral and written.
Certifications (Preferred)
- CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CCSP, or similar security certifications.
