Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Product & Sales Trainer to build competency across our in-house sales teams. The ideal candidate will not only deliver impactful training on products and sales techniques but also serve as the go-to person for resolving technical sales queries and maintaining a centralised FAQ resource.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver structured training sessions on product knowledge, sales pitch and upselling and cross-selling techniques, and customer handling.
- Product Fitment analysis and giving the proper Product Recommendations.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve salespersons and client queries.
- Train both inside sales and project sales teams with context-specific modules.
- Maintain and regularly update a centralised FAQ document for all product-related queries.
- Support the sales team by answering technical questions and clarifying product features, specs, and use cases.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure training content stays current.
- Use interactive methods such as role plays, simulations, and feedback surveys to enhance engagement.
Key Requirements:- 58 years of experience in product and sales training.
- Create specific modules for the sales team training.
- Create KRAs & KPIs for training outcomes and driving measurable results. Track training effectiveness and share periodic reports with leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear messaging for sales teams.
- Self-starter with a passion for knowledge-sharing and continuous team improvement.
