About the Role:
This is a Growth hacker position for consumable sales in the defined region. Candidate must have good knowledge on packaging and barcoding. The person shall be capable to transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target markets to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to create effective lead base to drive consumable sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring revenue post onboarding new customers.
- Understand complete discovery of customer environment and able to convert an opportunity to order by coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our labels and ribbons for barcode printers, staying updated on product features, benefits, and industry applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Quota Attainment:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business acquisition and retention for the same.
- Regularly analyse sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-6 years
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with label printing technologies and materials.
- Proven experience in product sales within the printing, labelling, or packaging industry.
Preferred Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of proven success in product sales within the Barcode printing, labelling, or packaging industry.
- This role involves a deep understanding of our product offerings, effective client engagement, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
