We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Manager – Supply Chain Banking to drive business growth through deal origination, client onboarding, and relationship management across Large, MNC, and Mid-Market corporate clients. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic deal structuring expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to maximize supply chain opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and secure credit approvals for Supply Chain Banking deals across Large/MNC corporate clients
- Work closely with various business units to identify and convert supply chain opportunities
- Manage and nurture relationships with Large, MNC, and Mid-Market Corporates
- Engage with CXOs, including CFOs, Marketing Heads, and Purchase Heads, to increase wallet share and stay informed about key business developments
- Drive lead generation and conversion for dealers/vendors across India
- Collaborate with the relationship team for smooth dealer/vendor onboarding
- Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure overall portfolio health
- Coordinate with risk, CAD, and policy teams to address portfolio-related issues
- Actively seek opportunities to expand the corporate client's share of wallet
- Enhance customer experience by identifying product gaps and driving innovative solutions
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Postgraduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business school
Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in Large Corporate/Mid-Market Banking or Supply Chain Anchor Management
- Proven experience in corporate relationship management
- Knowledge of core banking systems and processes is an added advantage
