Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title - Product Sales Manager – Cash Management

Job Purpose

To drive transaction banking and liability product sales across Wholesale Banking segments including Corporate, NBFC, FI, and Government Banking. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and contributing to CASA growth and fee income through effective cross-selling of cash management solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage transaction banking requirements for clients and maintain regulatory relationships.
  • Identify and activate high-potential clients for transaction banking services.
  • Drive growth in current account balances and fee-based income.
  • Provide strategic inputs to product and strategy teams for enhancing transaction banking offerings.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for product development, sales, and service delivery.
  • Train Relationship Managers on new cash and trade products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution and client servicing.
  • Benchmark competition and gather market intelligence to refine offerings.
  • Work with Product and Operations teams to re-engineer processes and enhance client stickiness.
  • Identify and build strategic alliances across segments to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support implementation of client deals and resolve transactional queries.

Educational Qualification

Graduate- Any graduation

Post Graduate- Any post graduation

Experience -5-10 years of relevant experience in cash management, transaction banking, or product sales.
