Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Function/ Department: Business Banking
Job Purpose
The Product Sales Manager for Insta First Overdraft is responsible for driving the sales and distribution of the bank's small ticket, unsecured overdraft products. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with influencers of MSME clients in the branch vicinity, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will understand Current account customers and souring from specified catchment area. The candidate will be responsible for engagement with credit for processing unsecured overdrafts applications and possess a proven track record in product sales. Experience in handling retail merchants will be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engagement with MSME customers in branch vicinity.
- Lesioning with credit for processing of MSME loan applications.
- Meeting and engaging promoters of MSME segment in the branch vicinity.
- Processing application for small ticket short term unsecured overdraft limits
- Responsible for end-to-end portfolio management of the customers.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
