Job Description

ClearDu is looking for a Product Sales & Business Development Manager with strong BFSI industry

exposure to drive sales of its Collections CRM, Notice Management System, Litigation

Management System, and Digital Outreach Modules as a SaaS platform. The role combines

enterprise sales, lead generation, and structured outreach.

Job Responsibilities

Product Sales

  • Offer ClearDu's Collections CRM, Notice Management, Litigation Management, and Digital

outreach solutions on a SaaS model.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle - lead qualification, product demo, proposal, negotiation,

and closure.

  • Engage with Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, ARCs, Fintechs, and Collection Agencies.
  • Translate customer recovery and compliance challenges into platform-led solutions.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and referrals.
  • Engage decision-makers such as Operations Heads, Recovery Heads, Legal Heads, CIOs, and

compliance Teams.

  • Execute email-based outreach campaigns targeting BFSI stakeholders.
  • Coordinate outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and partner networks.
  • Share market feedback, client objections, and competitor insights with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years of BFSI product/solution sales experience.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, CRM, Collections, Legal-tech, Fintech, or RegTech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of NPA lifecycle, recovery operations, and compliance environment.
  • Experience in business development and outbound lead generation.
  • Working knowledge of email campaigns, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with clear ownership of targets.
