Role Overview:
As a Partner & Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic alliances, reseller networks, and distribution channels. This role blends relationship management, sales execution, and go-to-market strategy to maximize growth via indirect sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing partners including resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and distribution networks
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to expand market reach and increase sales pipeline
- Drive partner-led revenue by enabling partners with sales training, marketing collateral, product knowledge, and support
- Create scalable partner programs and processes to streamline onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to align partnership outcomes with business goals
- Regularly analyze partner performance, pipeline status, and forecast revenue to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual sales targets
- Act as the key point of contact for partner escalations, negotiations, and long-term relationship nurturing
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years in B2B sales, partner/channel management, or business development preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
- Proven experience building and managing partner networks (resellers, VARs, or tech alliances)
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner sales cycles, and co-selling dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM and partner tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, PRM platforms)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to SaaS or automation platforms
- Experience in international markets (e.g., US, UK, ANZ)
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and co-sell platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, GCP)
