Job Title: Product Sales & Growth Manager Healthcare Platform (Kolhapur District) (Female Candidates Preferred)

Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Marketing professional to lead and execute field-level marketing initiatives for our healthcare IT product. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of experience who can independently plan, lead, and implement field marketing strategies, build strong relationships with doctors, and drive successful onboarding of medical professionals onto our appointment booking platform.

About the Role

We are launching a doctor appointment & discovery platform aimed at making healthcare more accessible and transparent for patients in semi-urban and rural India. To lead our Kolhapur district launch, we are looking for a dynamic, street-smart, and execution-focused Product Sales & Growth Manager who can:

Onboard doctors and clinics

Drive local awareness among patients

Plan and execute on-ground + media-led marketing initiatives

Act as the face of the product in the region

This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role with direct impact on platform adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Clinic Onboarding

Identify, approach, and onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Kolhapur district

Explain platform benefits, onboarding process, pricing (if applicable), and usage

Build long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff

Act as first point of contact for doctor feedback and adoption issues

2. Product Sales & Market Expansion

Drive doctor subscriptions / platform adoption targets

Convert cold leads into active onboarded doctors

Maintain onboarding funnel and district-wise coverage plan

Collaborate with internal product and support teams to resolve issues

3. Local Marketing & Awareness Campaigns

Plan and execute hyper-local marketing strategies, including:

Local TV channel promotions

FM / Community radio advertising

Newspaper & magazine ads

Digital promotions (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google local ads)

Hoardings, posters, clinic branding, pamphlets

Doctor meets, health camps, public awareness events

Event sponsorships (local festivals, health drives, NGO initiatives)

4. Community & Patient Education

Educate patients on how to:

Find doctors

Book appointments

Use the platform confidently

Conduct demos in clinics, societies, colleges, and public places

Build trust and familiarity with the brand at grassroots level

5. Partnerships & Local Alliances

Tie up with:

Medical associations

Pharmacies

Diagnostic labs

NGOs & women's groups

Local influencers & community leaders

Identify cost-effective local promotional opportunities

6. Reporting & Execution Tracking

Track:

Doctors onboarded

Active listings

Campaign performance

Lead conversions

Share weekly execution updates and market feedback

Provide insights for product improvement based on real user behavior

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

A candidate with strong field presence and communication skills

Experience in healthcare sales, pharma marketing, medical reps, clinic relations, or local B2C platforms

Comfortable with field work, travel, and community interaction

Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented

Good to Have

Experience in:

Healthtech / Medtech / Pharma

Insurance, diagnostics, or hospital marketing

Understanding of local Kolhapur healthcare ecosystem

Experience working with doctors and clinic staff

Exposure to media buying or agency coordination
