Product Quality Senior Manager

In your new role you will:

• Createqualification plans, developing them according to the relevant standards (e.g. AEC-Q100) in cooperation with the stakeholders and alsotaking customer aspects into account, always ensuring that agreeddeadlines and costs are met;
• Be responsible forquality reportingto our internal customers;
• Be the responsiblequality manager and contact personfor quality issues, when it comes to volume production;
• Work very closelywith both thebusiness unit and our production sitesdistributed around the world;
• Check compliancewith defined quality standards and quality assurance guidelines, operating an activerisk management;
• Supportcross-departmental teamsto solve possibleescalation cases, if needed;
• Derive future quality targetsfromcustomer requirements and market trends;
• Continuouslyimprove quality-related activities and methods.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree inElectrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry;
• At least3 years of professional experiencein the field ofsemiconductors, Microcontroller within theautomotive industry. Quality backgroundwould be appreciated;
• Good understanding of thestructure and function of microcontroller products;
• Good understanding ofquality methods(e.g. FMEA, 8D, 3x5why, APQP);
• Intercultural competence, as working with international, global teams and customers is an integral part of the job;
• Availability to travel occasionallywith no visa restrictions.
• Fluency in English. Germanwould be a plus.
