aiqahealth is hiring a Product & Partnerships Manager to build new partner-ready offerings across health + insurance, work with insurers/service providers to launch them, and drive adoption with partners (NBFC/MFI, EV ecosystem, platforms, corporates). This role sits at the intersection of product design + insurer partnerships + GTM execution.
You'll be judged on outcomes: time-to-launch, partner adoption, run-rate, and clean unit economics.
Key Responsibilities
1) Build New Offerings for Partners (Core)
- Identify partner problems and create new bundles (health services + insurance covers) aligned to partner journeys: loan/EMI, dealer sale, subscription, app checkout, payroll, etc.
- Define product construct: benefits, eligibility, pricing, tenure, exclusions, servicing flow, and customer communication.
- Maintain a structured product repository: rate cards, benefit grids, plan variants, FAQs, and change logs.
2) Work with Insurance Companies to Launch Products
- Manage day-to-day engagement with insurers/TPAs/brokers for new products: Rate requests, approvals, documentation, master policy structure, and operational requirements.
- Support commercial discussions: payout/passback, pricing guardrails, SLAs, and rollout terms.
- Ensure compliance-ready documentation and clear sales-safe messaging (T&Cs, exclusions, claim steps).
3) Go-to-Market Enablement & Pilots
- Create sales/partner enablement kits: 1-pagers, decks, scripts, objection handling, training notes.
- Run pilots with 23 partners: define success metrics, track conversion/activation, and drive improvements.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure offerings are simple to pitch and easy to execute.
4) Cross-functional Execution (Make it Work)
- Coordinate with Tech/Product/Ops to translate offering into execution:
- Required data fields, enrollment flow, reporting format, customer support workflows.
- Define SOPs for rollout, servicing, and escalation matrix with internal teams and partners.
5) Growth Ownership
- Track performance metrics: partner activation rate, attach rate, conversion, persistency/renewals (where relevant), complaints drivers.
- Use MIS and partner feedback to iterate quickly: refine pricing, benefits, onboarding steps, and communication.
Success Metrics (KPIs) of new offerings launched per quarter + time-to-launch
- Partner adoption: activation + attach rate + steady run-rate
- Improved unit economics (margin, cost-to-serve)
- Reduction in drop-offs due to clearer design/SOPs
- Partner satisfaction and repeat expansion
Candidate Profile Must-Have
- 58 years experience in product/business roles in insurance/insurtech/fintech/health-tech/NBFC ecosystem
- Exposure to launching products with insurers (rates, approvals, documentation, ops readiness)
- Strong stakeholder management (insurer + internal teams + partners)
- Execution-first mindset with strong documentation and structured thinking
Good-to-Have
- Embedded distribution experience (loan/checkout/subscription)
- Familiarity with group insurance / master policies / credit-linked products
- Strong network with insurers/brokers/TPAs/service providers
Skills
- Product structuring, pricing basics, negotiation support
- GTM enablement, partner pilots, rollout planning
- Strong Excel/Sheets; dashboards/MIS (SQL/BI is a plus)
- Clear writing (sales-ready docs)
