Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience as aProduct Ownerin an agile environment.
• Proven hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of the Product Owner role within these frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
• A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, supply chain dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by manufacturers.
• A genuine enthusiasm for building innovative products, solving complex problems, and continuously learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications are highly desirable.
