Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance compliance and usability.
Backlog Management:
Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.
Ensure clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including compliance teams, legal advisors, and technical teams.
Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product objectives.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Stay informed about relevant regulations impacting the FinTech sector, ensuring that products meet compliance standards.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on product offerings.
Data Management:
Utilize SQL to analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and compliance data.
Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.
Agile Methodology:
Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining a focus on quality.
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the FinTech domain.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, AML, KYC).
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
