About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner with strong Agile/Scrum expertise to drive product strategy, manage backlogs, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable requirements while ensuring timely and high-value product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape product direction
Backlog Management
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value and ROI
- Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams
- Prioritize features, defects, and technical debt across sprints and releases
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, customers, and development teams
- Gather and refine requirements from business units, end-users, and leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular demos, reviews, and status updates
Agile / Scrum Execution
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the development team clearly understands priorities and acceptance criteria
- Review, approve, and sign off on completed sprint deliverables
Release & Delivery
- Define release plans and coordinate go-to-market activities
- Track and report on product KPIs such as adoption, usage, retention, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement using user feedback and analytics
Tech Stack / Skills Required
- Proven Agile/Scrum experience (CSPO or PSPO certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud services

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
