- As a Product Owner, you will:
- Drive and create customer Experiences.
- Lead scrum team/s as product owner
- Actively communicate across all scrum teams and stakeholders
- Maintain team backlog and prioritize including requirements elicitation and specification
- Participate and contribute to the overall planning
- Define the product philosophy together with the stakeholders
- Definition of features and the realization of them with your team
Knowledge and Skills:
- You are future-oriented, visionary, and open to new ideas
- You have experience with software automation, and cloud applications
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus
- You have experience as Product Owner in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe)
- You have experience in Backlog Maintenance, Refinement, Estimation, Epics, Velocity
- You have experience from the perspective of Producer or other cloud platforms
- You inspire the team and take them on a journey
- Education and Experience
- Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- You hold a bachelor s or Master s degree in IT / engineering or similar field and bring first cross-functional experience in software and/or automation business
- You already worked with digital products and solutions including cloud and app offerings
- You are characterized by a high level of communication readiness, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence
- Expected work experience is more than 5 years
- Willing to work in flexible hours to co-ordinate with our regional counterparts mainly from CANADA, US, UK, ANZ
