Job Description
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable product features. This role involves managing the product roadmap, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and stakeholder management will be key to delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Refine the backlog, prioritize tasks, and write clear user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to deliver exceptional features.
- Present clear, focused updates to stakeholders and leadership, keeping them informed.
- Act as the primary liaison, fostering a shared understanding between business and technology teams.
- Synthesize stakeholder inputs into well-defined priorities and decisions.
- Support Agile ceremonies, promoting an iterative delivery approach.
- Ensure delivery plans align with hardware dependencies and vendor timelines when applicable.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, considering business value and constraints.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Owner, Manager, or Analyst roles with delivery ownership.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum teams in iterative delivery environments is a must.
- Experience with hardware-involved products and vendor coordination is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business objectives and their translation into product requirements.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business value, stakeholder needs, and delivery constraints.
- Proven track record in translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Linear, Jira, and Azure DevOps, and documentation platforms.
- Experience with planning and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Miro.
