Introduction
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Salesforce CRM and Certinia platforms. This role is critical to driving business transformation, enhancing seller experience, and enabling scalable, data-driven operations across our commercial ecosystem.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Successto define and deliver a roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs. Your Role And Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and Certinia systems.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to inform enhancements and optimizations.
- Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for intuitive experiences and scalable processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise CRM environments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Certinia (FinancialForce) modules.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience with data integration, reporting, and automation within CRM ecosystems.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM, software & services offerings, delivery, financial operations, billing, and revenue recognition processes is highly desirable.
