Your role

Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner for the Project Information Portal, based in Pune. This pivotal role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of customized application development, utilizing state-of-the-art Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate closely with internal customers and stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and translate them into innovative digital solutions that enhance project workflows and efficiencies.

As an integral member of our highly motivated application development team at Atlas Copco Pune, you will play a key role in driving first time right delivery principles. Your responsibilities extend to active participation across the project phases, from requirement gathering through to solution implementation and continuous improvement.

Core Duties and Objectives:

• Lead the Product Information Portal development by working in close partnership with Program and Project Managers, developers, and key stakeholders including APC Document Engineers and CC Project Managers.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver a world-class project information process aligned with IS/IT strategies and organizational goals.
• Drive the portal's adoption as the preferred digital channel by enhancing usability and feature sets based on stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate key user forums, coordinate sprint planning, and oversee mid-term planning initiatives like Program Increments to ensure agile delivery excellence.
• Analyze customer journeys and business requirements to propose actionable solutions that meet and exceed business expectations.
• Champion digital transformation efforts within the project management ecosystem, emphasizing usability, scalability, and security of the portal.

To succeed, you will need

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation in SharePoint or comparable platforms, coupled with adept skills in analyzing customer needs and business processes. Effective communication and agile methodology expertise, such as Scrum or SAFe certifications, will enable you to navigate dynamic project environments successfully. Additionally, fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
